If I had £100,000 what car/ cars would I buy and why?
Well the cars I’d have to consider (in no particular order) would be:

If I was only going to buy one I’d go with my heart and get the Lamborghini Diablo. This is purely as growing up the cars that really caught my attention were the Ferrari Testarossa (yes because of Miami Vice), Porsche 959, Ferrari F40 and the Lamborghini Diablo. The Diablo is just nuts, and the scissor doors were really cool.
If I was looking at purely an investment opportunity, I’d rank the cars that I would expect to appreciate the most in the following order (note I’m not expert):
Lamborghini Countach
Mercedes 190SL
Ferrari 550 Marelleno
See what I mean. With 100k to spend the choices would be immense. However, when it came to parting with my money, I really want a Lamborghini, so I’d have to get a Diablo (that’s going to take between 60-70k of the budget). This then knocks out so many of the cars mentioned above, so with the remaining 30-40k I’d get a classic 1960s Fiat 500 (5-7k), 1960s Mini (12-15k) & Volvo P1800 (10k).
