Photos from the 2023 Goodwood Breakfast Club – Supercar Sunday
It’s always great to drive to Goodwood, the anticipation, the nice roads (when quiet), the nice scenery (when not on the motorway). For me the Goodwood Breakfast Club events have become a must attend (if I’m available). They are free to attend, it’s just your time, and if you are showing a car, like I often do, it’s the 5.30am wake up that’s the not nice thing. This year we managed to get several supercars/ sports cars on a convoy down to the event (see below). You can see all the cars parked up (below) prior to our convoy (no CB Radios) to Goodwood. We had a Ferrari 458 Spider, Lamborghini Huracan Performante, Ferrari 360 Challenge Stradale, Ferrari 458 Italia, Ferrari Portofino, Porsche 911, Maserati GranTurismo and BMW M Series. Nice.
We arrived at Goodwood motor circuit around 7:30-7:45am and already a lot of cars were there. Here are some of our favourite cars from the day. Here are some of our favourite cars from the meet (in no particular order):
Mercedes-AMG One (below)
Beautiful. First time (I think) that I have seen the Mercedes-AMG One up very close. A wonderful beast of a car, as you’d expect. Very nice in this colour as well.
McLaren P1 (below)
My favourite car of the day was this beautiful, and I love the colours, McLaren P1 (below). Gorgeous.
Ferrari F12 TDF (below)
It’s a wonderful looking car the Ferrari F12 TDF. Looks lovely in yellow. Menacing.
McLaren F1 GTR (below)
I love the McLaren F1 GTR, and especially in Gulf racing colours. Love it and would sell a kidney to drive it.
McLaren F1 (below)
What’s not to love about a McLaren F1. This actual car is Rowan Atkinson’s (Mr Bean) old car, him being the previous owner of this car.
Ferrari Testarossa (below)
I yearn for a Ferrari Testarossa. Miami Vice. generation and all that. Very cool.
Noble M12 (below)
I love this Noble M12. Very nice colours. I have a soft spot for this brand being British, and this car, being driver focused.
Audi R8 (below)
I had to feature this Audi R8 here. In my opinion the owner has down a great job. I would say it’s the best Audi R8 I have every seen. Bravo to the owner, whoever you are.
Porsche 911 GT3 RS (below)
Who doesn’t love a Porsche 911 and a GT3 RS all the more. Love the colour scheme, and a real drivers car. Nice.
100s more photos. Too many to show here. More photos available to see on Instagram and our Goodwood Breakfast Club – Supercar Sunday 2023 Facebook Album.
It god very busy by the time I left at 10.30am. The event went onto 12pm.
Anyway, I hope that you enjoyed this post. See you all at the next event, if we can make it…
