Which iconic and highly desirable race car do you desire most?
These are the “down the pub” conversations that the MyCarHeaven team have all the time, and we love. Here is a massive dilemma for you to think about and debate with your friends. At the recent 2015 Concours of Elegance at the Palace of Holyroodhouse, we came across these dream three cars all lined up together. Which car would you want most?

1962 Ferrari 250 GTO (middle)
1961 Jaguar E-Type ‘Lightweight’ (far right)
For us, (sorry Jaguar fans), it would be a straight decision between the Aston and the Ferrari. The Aston is rarer with only 19 made compared to 39 of the Ferrari. The Ferrari wins on its financial value everyday of the week, as it’s the most sought after car in the world. Looks, and here’s what we’d go on, it’s a draw, they are both stunningly beautiful. I think the Ferrari edges it for us, but by the finest of margins.
Tough one.
Head – Jaguar (probably the better racer)
Heart – Aston (why wouldn’t you want one)
Wallet – Ferrari (bonkers values)
This is a really easy choice for me & it has to be the E-Type. I’ve loved them since I was a child, so I would chose that over the other two.
