My favourite classic car is the one and only E Type Jaguar.
A poem in steel..not a straight edge in sight ..a dream car for eternity !
I love the Austin A35 van, remember
Wallace and Gromit. The van appeared in the feature film Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit, a lovely looking van, love to own one and show it at classic car show.
Austin A70 as it was the first car I ever owned, though I also have a soft spot for the First Car I Owned from New. A Ford Capri 1972 in Daytona Yellow YHR 214 K
My favourite classic is my Vauxhall VX22O turbo. Guaranteed to put a smile on my face with every drive, Love it!
Ford Capri reminds me of when I was young and had one.
1966 Ford Mustang GT , fantastic car to drive , looks like a 2023 Design
Yep a beauty for sure. Ouch on the price though.
Hi, my classic is a Ford Escort RS Turbo, but it’s funny how everyone had one. They must have made hundreds of thousands of them . At least I have one now but didn’t back in the day.
My favourite classic car has to be the Ferrari 250 GTO.
With its gorgeous body and an amazing soundtrack of that V12 engine to die for. Just awesome !!
I agree Joanna. When I see a classic mini (an original mini), not the massive BMWs versions, it brings a smile to my face as well. I remember driving a mates when I was 18 and driving it like I’d stolen it, taking it fast around a corner I went onto two wheels only (oops), and had to correct quickly, to bring the car down onto two wheels. I’d personally love to own a series 1, with the pull cords to open the doors, simple car, effective car, iconic car.
My Classic Mini is my favourite car as it always makes people smile when I drive by.
Nice one Riccardo.
Chevrolet Chevelle SS it’s what a real muscle car should be.
Win een paar kaartjes voor de classic motor show 2023.Winnen deze kaartjes er voor.
My classic is the Triumph Herald 1200, a little 2 door car, built between 1959 and 1971, one of the most affordable British classics and it’s fun and simple to run a lovely classic.
My favourite car is a Mk11 Jaguar. Style, mechanics, style, 3.8 engine and of course it is Jaguar !!!
Nice Phil.
Based on the 991 GT2 RS of the same era, its engine is a 700hp twin-turbocharged flat-six, driving the rear wheels through a seven-speed PDK automatic transmission. What makes it even more special is that just 77 examples of this single-seater racer were built, making it extremely sought-after by collectors.
It’s a car I would very much like to drive, like you I’m sure.
Triumph Herald 13/60 Convertible, my first car (on the road, at least). We broke down many times together – so many fond memories.
Porsche 935. Ultimate Porsche. Very rare. Great looking. Proper classic.
My favourite classic car is a Bond Bug. I had one many years ago and was such a fun drive, would be great to see one at the show.
I agree with you Jasmine, the Ferrari 308 GTB is a beautiful car and I think good value for money.
My partner loves classic cars, and is fond of a good auto jumble. I would be thrilled to be able to take him to the Classic Motor Show.
My favourite classic car is definitely the the Ferrari 308 GTB/GTS because the design is beautiful.
Peugeot 205GTI for the win
My favourite is my own, rare MGTF 160vvc Spark edition. It’s been proudly displayed at recent shows.
The Talbot Sunbeam Lotus. Brings back memories of cheering on Henri Toivonen in the Welsh forests in the 1980 RAC Rally.
I have previously owned a Lightweight LandRover, 1977 VW Type 2 Camper and currently am the proud ‘guardian’ of a savannah beige 1969 VW Beetle called ‘George’. He is a true classic and still has that classic car smell inside!!
Would love to revisit this fantastic show
Aston DB6 proper classic that is so well known and instantly loved
My favourite Classic Car is a Ford Capri.
I have 2 myself and have been showing and visiting the NEC for the past 25 years. I would really love to go again this year and would be even nicer to win a pair of your tickets. The show holds a special place/memory in my heart has it was the show me and my late father would attend every year.
Porsche 911 turbo great fast car
My favourite car is the Ford Escort RS 1800. It’s one of the best sounding cars at full chat in any forest and is still a competitive rally car 40+years on.
I agree Chris. I would 100% like to have a very good replica one, given the originals are £1m+.
An iconc car.
Ford fiesta xr2
Caterham 7
Would love to take my other half Shazza to this fabulous event
My favourite classic car is the Ford GT40 as it looks just as amazing on the road as on the race circuit. A true classic.
I agree Mark. The Lancia Delta Integrale or any rally car (but I do love a Lancia) is a wonder to behold. My personal favourite rally car is the Lancia 037.
I love my Morris Minor Traveller 1971, in maroon B. The Traveller is beautiful to drive. The Morris Traveller, was built in 1952, and was an instant hit, it is as popular today as it was when it was launched. We love driving to classic car shows opening the rear doors and getting out the picnic basket and blanket.
We love our Traveller “Ruby”.
It’s got to a series 1 landrover, after working there for over 40 years they get in your blood, I was luck enough to work on nurmous projects from motor show cutaways to latest prototypes, but my favourite was also the shaun the sheep replica, based on a series 1, which is why I got to appreciate them
It’s got to be the classic Audi 100. It is such a lovely looking car. I have always wanted one and still do.
My favourite classic car has got to be the Lancia Delta Integrale. Nothing is quite so awesome in my opinion when it comes to a bonkers rally cars, that is also a family 4 door hatchback, that you can take the kids to school in, then go rallying, and after that come back and do the family shopping. The ultimate all rounder for the family fast action thrills and practicality all in one amazing package!
My favourite car is a good old fashioned mini, always been in the family, many funny stories, not to mention my Nan drove round grace in one, including round the arch de triumph the wrong way!!!
My classic is the Triumph 1500 FWD a small front-wheel drive car that was produced by Standard-Triumph from 1970 to 1973. Mine is a 1972 in French blue love the colour it has a black interior, and loved by many at classic car shows.
Rover SD1. My partner has one and love nothing better then going out for the day in it.
