Maserati CEO confirms plans to electrify entire line-up in the next five years

Maserati – part of the Fiat Chrysler Group – has conformed that the entire fleet will be electrified as either hybrid or full-electric, within the next five years.

Davide Grasso, Maserati CEO confirmed that the new Grecale SUV, to be released next year will still be offered as both internal-combustion-engine (ICE) as well in a hybrid version. A full-electric version of the Grecale is expected at a later stage, but Maserati have not confirmed details for this yet.

“The new Gran Turismo and Gran Cabrio models will be electrified too, all our line-up will be electrified in the next five years,” Grasso said.
