Stonor Supercar Sunday. Are you going?

So less that 24 hours until Stonor Supercar Sunday, which will be held at Stonor House, home to the Stonor family for 850 years with a rich history, art, treasure, gardens, family days out and deer.  Now if you did not enter our competition, you missed the chance to win a pair of tickets, so you’ll have to buy your tickets here.  To ensure that you so not miss out on entering our other competitions throughout the year, I’d suggest you sign up to receive our weekly newsletter here.

We are showing a Ferrari 360 Challenge Stradale (below) at this event, so hopefully we will see you there.

Itinerary for the Day

10am – Show opens to the Pubic.

Throughout the day there will be interviews with Supercar Paddock car owners on the Front Lawn.

There will also be a Wonder Woods Adventure Playground Treasure Hunt all day.

12.45pm – CHPT3 Supercar Scramble

2pm – Supercar Judging

3pm – Prize Giving

3.30-4pm –  Supercar Grand Depart

5pm – Stonor Supercar Sunday Closes

Tickets include access to the Supercar Paddock, Picnic and Street Food Area, Wonder Woods Adventure Playground and other children’s activities. Please note the house will be closed during Stonor Supercar Sunday.

We are very much looking forward to this event.  It should be a cracking day out, and we are visiting Stoner tonight for a private invitation only event for some of the organisers and people presenting their cars tomorrow.  Very much looking forward to this and the chance to meet the Honourable William and Lady Ailsa Stonor, and maybe see some of the house (if lucky).

Lastly, I was thinking of 10 rarely seen supercars, not hypercars (but sometimes it’s hard to differentiate) from each car marque that I’d like to see and meet the owners of most.  Here are my 10 (let us know your 10):

1995 Bugatti EB110 Supersport

2005 Saleen S7 Twin Turbo

1986 Porsche 911 Turbo ‘Flat Nose’

1999 Lamborghini Diablo SV

1968 Bizzarrini 5300 GT Strada

1960 Ferrari 250 GT SWB Berlinetta Competizione

1960 Aston Martin DB4 GT Zagato

1998 McLaren F1

1994 Jaguar XJ220

20o5 Maserati MC12

I did not include Pagani or Koenigsegg due to then definitely being a hypercar, but I love the Pagani’s, pure artwork.

You can ensure that you don’t miss out on all future chances to win tickets to car shows by subscribing to our newsletter or follow us on Facebookfollow us on Twitter or follow us on Instagram.  Please spread the word to any car mad friends you have.
