Luxury Look, Low Cost
Buying a new car can be a lot of fun. But when you have a luxury taste and a lemonade budget, it can be hard to find this as enjoyable as possible. You may sometimes feel a little bit disheartened because you can’t really get what you want right now. But, even when you’re working really hard to get there, it doesn’t mean that you can’t give the car that you already have, or the kind of car that you can afford right now, the royal treatment. As with anything in life, you can definitely get a really great and almost luxury look on anything that you have and want, but still do it on budget. And if this is something that you’d love to be able to do with your car, here are a few tips on what you can do.
Choose A Classic Model
So the very first thing that you need to make sure that you do here, is to stick to a very classic model of car. Now, your budget is often going to determine this, but if you can pick a luxury brand, like Mercedes, but then go for an older model that still has a lot of life in it, you’re already getting on the luxury line. If you can, make sure that it’s as modern as you can afford.
Keep It Clean & Tidy
Okay, this second point may seem a little obvious, but it really does make all of the difference. If you want your car to look luxury, but it’s always messy and dirty, you’re going to bring down the standard. So make sure that you make it a priority to keep your car clean and organized. This is going to make it look so much more glamorous.
Add A Private Plate
The next thing that can help you to have a luxury look, is to add a private plate. When you can get number plates that take away from the year that the car was made, who’s not to say it’s not a brand new car? A private plate can help you to disguise that and make your car look more luxury.
Upgrade The Wheels
Another really simple way to make sure that your car looks as luxury as possible, is to focus on the wheels. If, over time, you need to change the rims and the tires to make your car look more impressive, then go for it. As this can make all of the difference.
Do Up The Interior
So finally, you’re then going to want to make sure that you’re focusing on the interior too. The majority of the above points are going to give your car a luxury look on the outside, and make it feel great on the inside. But if you know that your interior isn’t looking so great either, then this is going to affect how you feel about it. So why not speak to a car interior specialist and see if they can change up the seats for you. Or, to save more money, you could look into seat covers for yourself.

While keeping it tidy and clean is the most obvious way to go, I think a little dent here and there adds grit to the classic model—thus making it a classic, as if it’s been through “rough roads”, so to speak, making it more authentic.
We’ve got some tips of our own at http://hoodnewstv.com/2017/01/take-care-of-your-classic-car-with-the-help-of-this-guide/ that tackles specific tips other than the ones mentioned here, like hacks.
But still, great article.
