What if someone asked you — right this second — “What five cars from any era, at any price, would you pick for your fantasy garage?” Here’s a video from some American guys (The Drive). Some very boring cars here in my opinion, buy hey that’s people’s opinions, and that’s great as well, and what makes us all different.
The cars they highlighted are:
Guy 1 (Zac Moseley) went for:
Daily driver = 2018 Mercedes-Benz AMG E63 S Wagon (yuk)
Modern Supercar = Ford GT (2017) (Very nice)
Everyday Supercar = Porsche 911 GT4 (I get it, but not for me)
Trackcar = Ferrari P4 (Nice)
.
Guy 2 (Mike Soinelli)
Ferrari 250 GTO
Lancia Stratos
Lamborghini Countach LP400
Renault 5 Turbo 2
Daily driver = 1970 Pontiac Trans AM
.
Guy 3 (Mike Prichinello)
Chevrolet Silverado 1500 (really?)
Lotus Exige 2460 Cup (really?)
1961 Ferrari 250 GT SWB California Spider (Bueller….very nice)
Lamborghini Huracán Performante
(Yes, about time, very nice)
Maserati 250F (now I’m regaining my respect for this guy).
I’m sure if I did this again in a few days, a week or anytime in the future I’d say a different 5, but that’s my 5 today. What’s your 5?
Ferrari 250 GT SWB Belinetta (most beautiful car ever made, and I’d cruise all day and all night in this beauty).
Lancia 037. My favourite rally car of all time and it looks amazing.
Rolls-Royce Phantom 1 Jonckheere Coupe. Just an Epic looking car. If Batman and a Rolls-Royce morphed, you’d end up with this. The circular doors and looks are to die for. A unique car for sure.
Pagani Huayra. As cars go, this is a work of art Plus I’d have to have a hypercar in the collection.
1938 Talbot-Lago T23 Teardrop Coupe by Figoni et Falaschi. I’d have to have a coach built car, the Talbot-Lago T23 Teardrop Coupe is a stunner and the coachwork by Figoni et Falaschi is astounding.
