Another book review, and what a book.  For any Formula 1 fan this is a must have.  It’s got it all.  Here we are reviewing Formula One 2019: The Carlton Sports Guide.  This its 23rd edition, so it must be doing something right.

According to its publishers it’s the world’s bestselling Grand Prix handbook is the essential resource for the season ahead.  Frankly I don’t doubt them.  The book includes detailed examinations of the 10 F1 teams racing in 2019, the 20 drivers, and 21 tracks. It also reviews the dramatic and sometimes controversial 2018 season, with race-by-race reports and statistics; highlights changes to the rules and regulations for 2019; and discusses major talking points in F1. As well as the drivers’ and constructors’ world championship tables from 2018, there is a fill-in guide for 2019 making this a personalised record of the Formula One season.

There are 90 colour images, detailed circuit maps and a statistics section containing all the major records of the world’s most thrilling and glamorous motor sport in this the World Drivers’ Championship’s 70th season.

Bravo to Bruce Jones and the publishers.  This is a cracking read, a good reference guide, and exceptional value for money at under £10 online, so grab yourself a copy.  I’m looking even more forward to the start of the F1 season and I’ll be sure to have my copy close to me for each race.
