Second on the grid of excellent events will be the usual opening to the summer, as the drop-top stunners of Soft Top Sunday reemerge after a winter’s slumber, throwing open their various canopies, canvas and metal to display the goods at the Goodwood Motor Circuit. All convertible, roadster and spyder varieties will be welcomed – whether they have a traditional canvas roof, folding hard top or no roof at all.
Third up, after a break for the Festival of Speed, comes the first ever Classic Car Sunday – catering for any car built before 1978 and now qualifying for tax-free status. This is the heyday of motoring, from the dawn of motoring, through the Revival period and beyond as we welcome some of the most beautiful and iconic cars ever to grace the public roads to Goodwood.
October will see the return of one of our most popular themes ever, as a Japanese invasion sweeps Sushi Sunday onto the calendar. We’re looking for any and all Japanese cars and bikes – from Honda to Hayabusa, Subaru to Suzuki if you have an interesting oriental machine we want to see it!

August 6: Classic Car Sunday
Celebrating the heyday of motoring, Classic Car Sunday will welcome cars of all types, shapes and speeds – as long as they were built before 1978. We aim to fill the motor circuit with tax-exempt cars and bikes just a few weeks before the Revival gets underway.
October 1: Sushi Sunday
