Much to look forward to at the 2014 Salon Privé
Salon Privé 2014, featuring the British Supercar Show & Chubb Insurance Concours d’Elégance returns from the 3rd to 5th September. 
Set in the stunning grounds of Syon Park, this year’s event promises to be spectacular with a class celebrating Maserati‘s centenary year, several incredible UK, European and Global Concours’ debuts, the single largest collection of supercars, hypercars – and even the world’s first megacar (no idea what that is!)- and last, but by no means least, the inaugural Salon Privé Sale, an auction of the highest quality. There is no better way to see out summer than on the lawns of Salon Privé.

Here are a few glimpses of what the 2014 event will bring…
- 100 years of Maserati, making its international debut at the Concours d’Elégance will be the 1969 Maserati Mexico Prototype by Frua (below).

- A European debut for a stunning 1952 Ferrari 212 Inter Coupe by Vignale (below).

- The phenomenal, 1935 Mercedez-Benz 500K Kombo Roadster by Windover (below).

- The return of the ‘Knobbly’, with Lister ‘Knobbly’ Jaguar (below) there.

- The first ever Salon Prive sale. New for 2014, visitors to this year’s Salon Privé will have a unique opportunity to acquire some of the most exquisite motorcars available on the market today, following the signing of a joint venture between the event organisers and Silverstone Auctions.
